For over 7 hours now our main account is freeze after submitting apps Our team has sent mail to support@devpost regarding the situation

  I'm not sure what you mean. You are able to post to the forum so your account cannot be locked out. The platform will block certain users who post a lot in a short amount of time (to prevent spam). We're following up with you via support.
